Louisiana Catholic Blogger Update for Oct 11th

St Saint Joseph Seminary and Abbey in Covington Louisiana(Across the Lake from New Orleans for those outside the State)

Catholic Tube has got a nice post up that deals with a Louisiana based Catholic ministry that is nationwide. Check out this vid on Adore.

As I posted earlier Dei Gratia has a pet peeve on what a Catholic vocation should be called.

The podcast from Catholic Underground is still not up, However I bet it will be up today. To get a foretaste of what they will be talking about look at the show notes. Lots of good links.

Full Circle has two good post up. He has a good piece on the McDonald's monopoly game in which I am also a big fan. I think my consumption of Big Macs go us a great deal because of this contest. I highly recommend this post Reading your keyword results . He mention this blog and how I also talk about sports. BY the way I am about to do a LSU/Tech post as to recruiting news. I think he hits on what make a blog get traffic very well.

Thoughts & Ruminations from Fr. Ryan has some good quotes under his entry for today. He has a nice quote from St. John Chrysostom's . Also I also love that quote about movies he has today.

From The Recamier has two entries since I check in yesterday. Let me point out this one where she , among other fun facts, has a lot of good info on Oskar Schindler. In her latest entry she brings us some very encouraging news on her health. Also Did you know that Yul Brynner began his career by doing photographed in the nude. Pretty interesting stuff she has on him among again other great facts.

Fr. Victor Brown’s Catholic Daily Message has another good post today. I think this is a very common sense post about Bible reading.

Lastly the Brown Pelican Society has a a ton of posts and links up.
