Let me say as a LA Tech grad I can assure you that merging LA Tech and Grambling together and calling it Grambling State will not happen.

As to LSU-S, if there is any merger , I suspect it would be to bring LSU-S under the umbrella of Louisiana Tech. There has been some discussion of that in studies. That only that but bringing in the LSU-Med Center Shreveport thus giving the University of Louisiana system its own medical school and hospital. That of course will never happen either
