Cardinal Alfonso López Trujillo has Died

I am sure the Holy Father's happiness on that we see on the Papal Trip will be dampen a tad. Cardinal Trujillo was President of the Pontifical Council for the Family. He did a lot of the grunt work on a lot of important issues and his was the voice of Orthodoxy.

The recent Vatican Conference on Family and especially the role of grandparents that held just weeks ago was his doing.
