Louisiana Catholic Blogger Roundup For Oct 6th

St. Charles Borromeo Church located in Destrahan, Louisiana
It is a short roundup because I am sure like most Louisiana folks many bloggers are involved in their second religon. That is collge football. However as I am watching currently Wisconsin V Illinois(I am picking Illinois) I shall be posting some today.

Catholic Tube has two vids up. First he is continuing his pro-life focus here at 40 Days For Life - Day 10. Check out his vid on World Youth Day 2008 here.

From The Recamier has her daily update up here. She starts out with the Saint we honored yesterday Saint Mary Faustina Kowalska, Virgin (died 1938). I would like to add that related to this that I credit the Divine Mercy Devotion for getting me through a difficult time in my faith. She has a massive post today on important people in history that we should remember. I always enjoy the Recamier posts. If had children I would have them print out her posts and tell them to go have fun in the World Book Encyclopedia with the printout. They would be well educated in an year. Probably more than 95 percent of Americans.

Cajun Cottage Under the Oaks has a very nice post at She is Mother of All. Be sure to check that out as well as the link she provides on more as to the Blessed Mother.

The Lake Charles Latin Mass Society has some very important information about the Latin Mass in the Diocese of Lake Charles here at his post Info.

Thoughts & Ruminations from Fr. Ryan in his Oct 5th entry brings us some disturbing news about UNICEF.

Just saying.)
