I think this is really funny and pretty harmless. People should see what they sell outside the Vatican. I suspect many a Vatican worker has their own Papal Bobble head Benedict.

I think the Holy Father would be amused. That being said I owuld love to have one of theose Papal Metro Pass cards to keep for myself.
