Diocese of Charleston South Carolina Deals With Church Worker Child Protection Social Media Guidelines

I can't find the report on the web site but as to social media its quite extensive it appears. I would like to look at the document to see if there is any overkill in this. I am assuming this applies to Church workers and the children that are in their guard and not all kids. See
