Why Hosanna-Tabor Is The Most Important Establishment Clause Case In 20 Years

In " Church / State " cases one like other cases one often hears "This is the most important 'fill in the type of case' in decades!! Well the Supreme Court has just granted cert in a case that actually does meet that discription. That case is Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and School v. EEOC. I intend to blog more on the issues as to this case as the months go on.
