Though it is not mentioned in that history the whole Louisiana contribution is crucial too. Though everyone thinks FRENCH FRENCH FRENCH when they think of Louisiana the Spanish had a very profound influence. It was through Spain that this devotion and Dogma came to these shores in force.

The Spanish influence is actually very strong on our South Louisiana culture. Thanks for bringing attention to that!
