Dignitas Personae (The Dignity of a Person) Released by the Vatican Today (Updated)

As expected Dignitas Personae (The Dignity of a Person), was released by the Vatican Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) today. It is an Instruction on ethical issues arising from biomedical research, provides guidance on how to respect human life and human procreation in our heavily scientific age, said Cardinal Francis George of Chicago, president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Needless to say pretty important. The issues discussed are here in this overview and the full document is located here. I expect to try to read through it today.

I salute the Dignitas Personae but who are going to help the people who have been victimized by such procedures?

For example over 3,000,000 IVFs have been performed but the amount of IVF Fraud Cases have not being properly recorded and reported.

Please sign my petition and pass it on.
