WOW!!!! I thought he had a shot but goodness. I am looking at the votes and there will not be enough for Jefferson to make it. I just saw that AP has called it for CAO!!!!! SO has WWL. A lot of the NInth Ward is out but so Algiers where CAO should do well!!!
