Margaret Sanger , The Klan, and the Deception of African Americans

“[We propose to] hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. And we do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Well sadly I guessed that worked big time. American Catholic has a nice post on this at Margaret Sanger and the Klan

It is of a extreme and horrible irony that Obama will be sworn next week and in many ways he is fulfillment of this devil's bar gin. Though Sanger did not envision this outcome I suppose.

Still a question that is rarely raised is where was the African American Church in the abortion debates and especially in the debates in the Democrat party.

Some African Americans get it though.

The media of course will not touch this at all for obvious reasons. For the last 3 years I have had to hear how George Bush and Republicans were trying to ethically cleanse New Orleans and other wild conspiracy theories after Hurricane Katrina. Meanwhile a devil's bargain that has resulted in 25 percent of the American African American population becoming well murdered is never brought up

James,

I also just put up a post about Sanger's racist agenda.

Sanger is being honored by the Smithsonian as a "Woman of the 20th Century".

The exhibit will close on Feb. 1; but, it'll still be up as tens of thousands (many will be black) stream into DC for the Inauguration.

If they only knew that the Smithsonian was honoring a woman who would have wanted to see Obama dead, I'm sure they'd be more than a little upset.

I pray that there will be an African American leader who will enlighten his people about this travesty. For Obama to compare himself with Dr Martin Luther KIng is so injust! Dr King's own niece, Dr Alveeda King has said her uncle was pro-life!
