Congressman That Wants To Repeal the 22nd Amendment Also Loves Castro

I posted the other day that a Congressman proposed legislation to get rid fo the 22nd amendment. (Term Limits On President). I did not realize that this Congressman from New York thinks Castro and the Communist Govt in Cuba are great ideas.

What a loon. How come the MSM loves to profile every oddball Republican in Congress and I have never heard of this guy. As a commenter on one blog said "Perhaps the lesson Serrano draws from el Presidente's reign is that a president doesn't really get up to speed until he serves 20 or 30 years in office."


On his website he doesn't tell us why he wants to eliminate the 22nd amendment but he does have a passionate plea to Major League Baseball to retire Roberto Clemente's number.
