Communion in the Hand Versus on the Tongue

This has been getting a lot of buzz in the Catholic blog sphere. I really want to get a English version of Archbishop Malcolm Ranjith, Secretary of the Congregation for Divine Worship book on this subject.

I take communion on the tongue and have now for years. Going back to this tradition on a wide scale is not cure all but it is one of a thousand things when combined can help us return to our Catholic Patrimony and ID.

Just like returning to kneeling for Communion , I do wonder if the average Catholic in the pews would not be at all upset to returning to this practice here in the USA
