The New Interest In Demons and the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola

Lat night I watching TV and saw a promo for the new Anthony Hopkins (one of my favorite actors) The Rite.

For whatever reason Demons and exorcisms are getting more people's attention. Including the Catholic Church. A lot of Catholics , as well as non Catholics, here in Louisiana love going on a silent retreat at Manresa in Convent Louisiana. It is a pretty tough ticket to get and many people have to wait YEARS to get off the waiting list. Once you go you go every year because one don't want to give up your spot.
