Clarence Thomas Says Supreme Court Still A Respectful Place For Disagreement

Justice Clarence Thomas gave an interesting speech the other night in Georgia. See Thomas defends ideals of court

Nice to know some things are operating how they should. Sadly though the public never see its. Lots of good quotes to give us a peek behind the curtain of the Court including this one:

"In that room, when we discuss First Amendment, abortion, Second Amendment, death penalty, pre-emption, commerce clause, the cases of great consequence -- Bush v. Gore -- I still have yet to hear the first unkind word."

Tip of the hat to Ann Althouse and What Thurgood Marshall said to Clarence Thomas
