Time to look at what the Louisiana Catholic Blogs are posting since we last checked in on Saturday morning.

Cajun Cottage Under the Oaks has This Side of Heaven. That post reminds me of the first time I went to funeral as a young child. If I recall my parents did not really prepare well for it. I wonder if that is one of those critical things parents should do that is right up there with the "Sex talk". Who knows if perhaps kids and later in their adulthood become a tad traumatized over death because things like this were not handled right. Whatever right is.
