Well Mike might get another miracle tonight. The LA Times is reporting on the latest polls here. Now we have news of this poll showing a McCain 47 versus 39 Huckabee race.
Much will depend on what Republicans in the north part of VA do. There is some thought that Republicans will play around in the Democratic primary and either vote for Obama(because they hate Hillary) or vote for Hillary(because they fear Obama will be tough beat). I am sure the McCain folks want to put a stop to that. Let me say for the record I don't like Democrats or Republicans doing that ever.
Win or lose There will be a thousand calls for Huckabee to leave the race. I have come to the conclusion that he should not. I have also come to the conclusion that the worst thing for McCain would be Huckabee leaving the race after tonight. I will talk on that tonight

I'm a Catholic independent who supports Huckabee. It's over. McCain cannot beat Obama. Republicans are going to lose this election in a landslide and they deserve it.
