Goodness I did not.
I do this as courtesy but before we have to pay for things like this and perhaps see our insurance rates go up perhaps the State should inform us of this. Of course many of us when we come upon this will not be able to move over in times. Like that will show up on the Troopers Video!!!!

I think this law is common in other states, though I've seen signs for it posted when I cross the state lines.
I try to do it as a courtesy, but sometimes the left lane is clogged. I would hope that troopers have more sympathy than the one cited in the article.
