Former Bishop of Lake Charles Edward Braxton Goes to Catholic "Abritration" with His Priests

Or at least something similar to it it seems

Yes the poor former Bishop of Lake Charles Louisiana and now Bishop of Belleville that being Bishop Edward Braxton is in the news again. Whispers has the story at Conflict Resolution

What I am interesting in is this organization called The Reid Group tha is handling this "consultation and mediation service" It bills itself as a "...a consultation and mediation service which specializes in assisting Catholic organizations transform challenges into opportunities."

Doing a quick google it appears they are used for a lot of things in our little Catholic part of the World here in the United States. Who are these people that seem to be being engaged a good bit? I never heard of them till today but perhaps I should have taken note. Not casting any stones in their directions but just curious about them
