LSU News-

TIGERS REPORT TO CAMP-

That is the news of of the papers this morning.

Carl Dubois has a good article in the Baton Rouge Advocate called Tigers ready for business that talks about the guys showing up. It appears all guys kept in shape during the summer.

The LSU Notebook has some good stuff on Perriloux and also that Miles just had his wisdom teeth pulled.

SCOTT RABALAIS alsoof the Advocate has another story on the Tigers reporting today. This is a interesting tidbit/ HE is talking about how some Freshman are coming from far away. Yikes look at this.
Players, typically freshmen first, came from small towns and far away hamlets, perhaps leaving home for the first time or experiencing their first train ride.
Some may have made their first trek up the river road from New Orleans to LSU’s campus in Baton Rouge — until 1924 located near the current State Capitol building. It was a trip a 1913 newspaper report stated could be “negotiated in perfect comfort in six hours
.”

Rabalias has another article on how many ranked number 2 is a good thing.

The Times Picayune of New Orleans has their own Report to LSU story.

Dandy Don has a good post on what he saw at the First Fall practice.

The Tiger Stop Blog has a good link to vid of the Tigers coming to camp. He also has this cool link that is New Espn Sportscenter Video that has Shaq and Mike the Tiger.

I Saw On Dandy Don the Following LSU fan and ALumni Events and I shall post them here
