Am I a Bad Catholic For Wanting to Thank God these Brothers are Dead?

I was looking at the New Orleans Paper for LSU stories and I noticed this story that was osted in the paper right before midnight:

Brothers with violent criminal history, slain in shootings 12 hours apart
At about 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, New Orleans police responded to a shooting in St. Roch.
Less than 12 hours later, they would respond to another shooting across town in the Irish Channel.
By the end of the day, two New Orleans men, brothers suspected in 14 murders during the past few years, were themselves killed. Their deaths marked the fifth and sixth killings in New Orleans in five days.

Wednesday morning police found a 29-year-old man shot to death in the St. Roch neighborhood.
The shooting took place before 10:15 a.m. near North Dorgenois and Painter streets, said officer Shereese Harper. Officers found the man inside a sedan with several gunshot wounds to his body. He was dead at the scene, police said.
He was later identified as Demond Phillips, 29, of New Orleans, said John Gagliano, chief investigator for the Orleans Parish coroner. Phillips died from a gunshot wound to his neck.
About 10 hours later, police responded to a call of gunfire near Livaudais and Sixth streets in the Irish Channel.
Sixth District officers found Michael Phillips, 27, in his Ford Taurus, with gunshot wounds to the torso.
He died at the scene.
The Phillips brothers are the 116th and 117th homicide victims in the city this year.
According to detectives, Demond Phillips had been linked to and arrested in eight murders in New Orleans, Sgt. Joe Narcisse said.
Narcisse said there was a $1 million court warrant issued for Demond Phillips' arrest after he fled the criminal courthouse during a hearing Jan. 8.
Michael Phillips was linked to and arrested in connection with six murders, officer Jonette Williams said.
While the brothers' murders happened in such a short time frame, Williams said it's too early to tell whether they were related.
Narcisse said that with both brothers dead, police hope that people with information about the murders they commited will come forward to help close those cases.
He also said police are hoping that people will come forward with information about any other shootings the brothers may have committed.
"Considering their past, they may be responsible for other murders we don't know about," Narcisse said.
The Phillips' killings follow on the heels of a Tuesday night slaying in eastern New Orleans. Police found a 37-year-old man shortly before 10 p.m. on the ground outside an abandoned house in the sparsely populated 6700 block of Coventry Street, several blocks southeast of New Orleans Lakefront Airport.
That man had been shot in his upper torso and was dead at the scene, police said.
That man's identity has not been released
.

You know I know about the dignity of human life and also know that I could end up in Hell for far less sins than what they did. I still do not wish eternal damination on them or anybody.

Maybe it is the hour and maybe I am fed up with this evil. A evil that is a plague on good decent people in New Orleans.

I tell you another thing. I am going to watch the obits in the Picauyne the next few days for these guys. There were times in the past when Gangland violence got so out of hand that the Catholic Church refused to do Christian Burials for them. I humbly suggest that if these guys get one so all their fellow gang bangers can show up then I am going to raise Holy Hell. Enough is Enough.

Am I a bad Catholic for thinking this? I am personally not a real pro-death sentence sort of guy except for extreme circumstances. Like Terrorists. The other extreme cicumstance are brothers like this.

New Orleans, Louisiana , and the World is a better place because they are not in it. Ahhh but we could have put them in prison for LIFE and they could have repented. That is true and there is something to say for that. But in Prison there are victims too. I suspect they would have committed their rampage in there also.

That is my very rough immediate passionate fedup thoughts right now.
