Another Great Church Fathers/Patristic Resource

I was going throught my links this morning and as always I stop in at The Way of the Fathers. He had a link to this great resource-E-Catena: Compiled Allusions to the NT in the Ante-Nicene Fathers.

The rediscovery of the Church Fathers is something that often seems to happen every century or so. I think we are in the middle of that right now. The response by certain Christians is that what they thought does that matter. Let us just stick with the Bible.

Well of course it does matter. They are a witness to the belief and teaching of the Early Church. The Church Father's lived and breathed scripture. That is a point that all of us Catholics need to point out.
