Vanderbilt University 's Right To Discriminate Against The Catholic Church On Campus

I blogged on this unfortunate set of affairs when the big public hearing /meeting was going on. See Vanderbilt Catholics Unites For Religious Freedom and Association On Campus Today ( Wearing White Nationwide ) .

When the meeting was held it made quite clear that the hammer was going to fall on the Vanderbilt Catholic Association next. It appears that Vandy Catholic will not comply.

As sad ,idiotic , and misguided as this is Vanderbilt has a right ( and even a right that must be protected ) to do this. For that see at Public Discourse Vanderbilt’s Right to Despise Christianity.

That does not mean all efforts should be done through contacting Alumni to have Vandy reverse it's course here.
