This has always been a rather dubious theory that the plaintiff's lawyers were operating under. Currently we have I think just one othercase (I think by the same Lawyer) on the West Coast that is trying to bring in the Vatican as a defendant. In my view this was done to get the Lawyer and his cause publicity.
