The Importance on Promoting Pope Benedict's Verbum Domini

I largely agree with the main point of Catholic Bloggers Ignoring the Pope's "Fundamental Priority"? via the Sacred Page. That is this document on sacred scripture is huge in the whole scheme of things.

Now to be fair I follow the Vatican a lot and almost forgot this was coming out. The fact it was ina huge ole font at first from the Vatican and too print out would be mean printing 200 pages is a factor in not a lot of posts no doubt . Further the material in it is huge. So I did not feel comfortable doing major blog post on it except for one that was "Here it is".

That being said we Catholic blogs are now having time to engage it and I hope to see a lot more on it this week.
