Is the Stimulus Bill Unconstitutional?

American Cathoic has a very good arguement that it is and in fact will be found to be so at least in part. See Is the Bankrupt the Nation Act Unconstitutional?



I think this has merit. I can never recall the United States Government having such a provision in legislation before.
