Where Christians and Moslems Are Political and Religious Allies

The New York City Mosque debate has been interesting to watch to say the least. One thing I have noted that among religious conservatives there seems to be some concern not to go where where some Mosque opponents are going.

When the Fox RED EYE host started his whole Gay bar by the Mosque thing many religious folks did not seem to embrace that idea with a lot of zest. They made the logical conclusion hey what if that happened to my Church.

Atlas Shrugged seems alarmed at her post Islamic Supremacism: Mother is denied pill by Muslim pharmacist, "I appreciate we live in a multi-cultural society but what gives him the right to impose his beliefs onto me?"

As you can see the pill is the Morning After Pill. Atlas makes this comment: "Laughable if it weren't so serious ......... imposing Islam on the secular marketplace.".

What? Of course Catholics and other Christians have been screaming for the same rights in this same situation.

The fact is we have a President and a Secretary of State that seems to be pressing a very anti life agenda worldwide. Religious conservatives, like the Vatican ,that might be concerned about this will no doubt ally with Islamic countries in the UN to stop this as they have done in the past.

It is important that Christians that have misgiving about the Mosque do not let things like this pass with comment and in fact engage it.

Open the bar; Rumi could write more poems.

The debate is not about abortion. It's about whether or not Islam is an evil system, and it is an evil system. I recommend you read my article "What Vatican II Did and Did Not Say about Muslims, Christians and Jews".

We should condemn Islam, but not individual Muslims. Wake up and smell the Jihad.
