Why Is Obama Not Throwing Catholics A Bone Here?

It does not seem we have been getting a lot after the whole Notre Dame /Obama thing and a year of this conversation.

However on this is it not evident he could score some Catholic political points. I know the Teacher Unions would freak but you know you got to make some people mad on your side of the aisle at times.
