People of good will in the Pro-Life community can disagree on this issue. However I am largely on Adam Ruse's side and his arguments of why doing a "Personhood Amendment" is wrong to do at this time. See his thoughts at the Catholic Thing.
I am very much more in the Hadley Arkes camp that promotes chipping away slowly and strategically. at abortion through legislation and court battles so to get people and legislators used to the idea.
