Will Bill Clinton Run For Senator From Arkansas?

I am beginning to think only a bold move like that will save the Democrat seat. I wonder if it has been discussed.

If I was the GOP I would be taking a quick look at residency requirement to run for this office. Who knows maybe Bill Clinton when no one was looking went down to the DMV in some obscure town in the Ozarks or Delta and got a Arky Driver License a couple of months back.
