Dalai Lama Gets Close View Of White House Garbage

You know I think I would be getting an intern or someone to roll up the short sleeves and get the trash out there. Kinda of not a nice image for Foreign Leaders to see after they leave the White House and what it symbolizes.

However since President Obama appears not to like Pick Up trucks it might have been problematic to find one on the grounds
