Prof Mary Ann Glendon represents all sort of problems to many folks .
She is smart

She is Harvard Prof

She is a Democrat

She has been involved in Social Justice issues on numerous fronts (She was in Mississippi in the 60s fighting for Civil Rights

Oh and she is a woman that is for the empowerment of the laity and women but does not march to the drum and agenda of many that proclaim they are the leaders of that movement
