When Not To Scream Racism

We have locally one these weird icky things where a 14 year boy is accused of "rape". Who knows what is really going on here.

Now she might have indeed a point that the girl here was the instigator (we don't know) and no doubt she would receive perhaps a sympathetic hearing from all mothers who think "boys" get blamed too much. In fact we do see some of this in cases like this and generally it does not matter what the race of the boys are.

However you don't get to that point if you take a charge out of thin of racial profiling.

Regardless I think she should have consulted with the boys attorney before doing this and been coached a little bit better.
