And will kill business. I understand the symbolic thing going on here but it is truly a terrible idea.

Well maybe Louisiana will benefit by getting business unless some bright bulb in our legislature thinks this is great idea too.

I suppose this will appeal to some people politically, but I agree it's a terrible idea. Our system has worked pretty well for over 200 years.
As to even the mention of Sharia Law, that is definitely a base appeal. Perhaps if the legislators pointed out some cases where Sharia law has over-ridden Oklahoma law in their courts . . .
It just seems that it is a strangely unconcervative law.
It really interferes with a state residents ability to contract
