Ok so I am going to get into optimistic mode again!! However SHOW ME THE MONEY.

Davis, the Tulane professor, said the White House's document left many questions unanswered about how the restoration work would get done and with what money.
"There are legal and budgetary boundaries that this framework acknowledges, but I don't see a clear path forward," he said. "It's a commitment to seek results, not a commitment to achieve results."

I am glad there is a plan!! Of course we have been doing plans forever!! Till we connect budget dollars to one of the biggest crisis the nation is facing it is all for naught!!

This means that the Obama administration is going to have to get tough with the CORP. Will they? Will other projects elsewhere be scaled back to pay for this emergency? Will the Obama administration get tough with Congress critters that are not going to be thrilled that some of their projects will have to be scaled back

Well I hope so. We need to keep the pressure up.
