I have had a huge spam on my old yahoo account that Yahoo seems not able to fix!!! I am getting a couple of hundred spams messages thus if you have sent a email and I have answered I pretty much decided not to go through all that junk to find.

You realize by posting your email address on your blog a bot is going to pick it out and you will shortly start receiving spam.
FWIW Gmail has OUTSTANDING spam blocking. I get hundreds a day but I never see them.
I am pretty stupid at the net so perhaps I am doing things like that that cause me to get stuff like that. Maybe I do did to try Gmail
