More Christians Killed In India - Does Anyone Give a Damn?

Just curious. Has anyone heard a Homily on this. Have my protestant readers heard this mentioned in a sermon!!! This is India for goodness sake a Country that the United States has good relations with. If this was happening in a Muslim Country it would be all over the news.

Why is not the United States Bishops not trying to get the word out and have Catholics call their Representatives in Congress to start exerting pleasure now

Since August 24, when the campaign of violence began against the Christians, 60 Christians have been killed; 178 churches have been destroyed or damaged; 4,600 homes belonging to Christians have been burned; 13 schools or social centers have been destroyed; more than 50,000 people have been forced to flee; more than 18,000 have been wounded.

Then we have Vietnam where they have their own crisis. I am very surprised that McCain that is generally liked by Vietnamese Americans has not made a statement on that too.
