The Peresecuted Catholic Church of Vietnam Gets A New Shepherd

It is I suppose very easy to be a Catholic in the United States. Looking at the current state of affairs and looking at Catholic Politicos perhaps this has come with a cost.

But in some places we are still persecuted.
