Is "The U" Back?

One more football post. I am watching the Florida State/ Miami game. The Florida St pregame thing with the band, the Indian on the Horse jumping around, the flaming whatever ,and the fans doing the tomahawk is always pretty bad ass to watch.

That being said I have been hearing the "U" is back for some time. Strangely it was LSU in a bowl game that perhaps started the downward slide.

That being said Miami is looking most impressive I have seen in a few years.

Update!! Miami wins- I am not a Miami fan but I have to admit I was rooting for them. The most exciting game of week one coming down to the last second!!!

Update II- Did Florida St mess up. Looking at the clock there should have been one second left on the clock. Enough for one more play. Did Florida State challenge that?

How many more chances did you want the refs to give FSU???? another phantom interference call a la Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl????

Come on dude, The U won fair and square, a star is born, in Jacoby Harris!!!

LOL,

Oh yeah Miami won fair and square. I was on a LSU board and we were all watching the game and we sort of amazed that Bowden or Jimbo did not think too look at the issue lol

"Phantom interference". You're right. It should have been defensive holding. Either way, it was definitely a penalty.

Ohio State ended Miami's "dynasty" that night. The Hurricanes never recovered the lustre (if you can call being a bunch of thugs "lustre") of being unbeatable. Good riddance.

Ohio State also put the big-time hurt on Miami's running back that evening.
