Louisiana Catholic Blogs Update For August 7, 2009

Please note that there is something amiss with google today. It appears there is something wild spread today where certain "blogspot" blogs cannot be accessed. I was hearing that something is causing a ton of denial of service messages all over the net today. So If I often post your blog here and you don't see it that is because I could not access it today.

The Everyday Catholic Podcast has a nice podcast here. See Episode 15 Late Vocation--Your life has just begun at 30. The description is "Mike is a unique case in that he is what we call a "late" vocation. Mike is 30 years old and has heard the call from God to serve as a priest. I pick Mike's brain for about 20 minutes to find out why now? Why after going to college, having a good job, and living in the secular world does he feel the call now? Mike is a personal friend and I pray that God always walks with him in his journey towards the priesthood."
