This Telegraph writer is trying to get all James Bond (Is the Archbishop of Canterbury James Bond in this story) over talks with the Vatican and Anglo Catholic Bishops. Dr No (the Pope) and the Anglo Catholic Bishops(SPECTRE) are working it appears to undermine Queen and Country or so one gets a sense from reading these pieces.
