I don't know who Father Leo Walsh is but it appears he has gotten something very wrong. I will expect that there will be a clarification coming from the United States Bishops Office soon.

Is Father Walsh aware that major congregations spend untold hours and money "sheep stealing" Catholics. I think I know what he means but this came out completely wrong and is damaging.
