I really wish that journalist would expand their "We need a Priest Quote File". He jabbers on and is quoted in so many piece where there is any Catholic controversy.
Creative Minority Report fisk his latest column pretty good at Fr. Reese Is A Disingenuous Lying Jerk (note I am not exactly endorsing calling even a liberal cleric a jerk but I understand the frustration).
