On to LSU-
Lsu had a good night against Duquesne. LSU beat Duquesene 10 to 1. LSUsports net has the a good article here at LeMahieu, Clark Hit First HR's in 10-1 Win Over Duquesne . THe Advocate has a story here at Tigers drill Dukes, 10-1

At the Advocate's Carl Dubois' LSU Baseball Blog, there is a new entry up today Clark learning not to press. There is a interesting bit in that piece talking about our opponent last night and for the rest of the weekend. It says:
Night and day
Road trips to play major Division I teams are obvious reminders to Duquesne coach Mike Wilson, his lone assistant coach and his players of the gap between their program and those of traditional powerhouses -- especially those in the South.
Florida State opened Duquesne's season last weekend by winning a three-game series against the Dukes by a combined 44-9, but that wasn't the only big difference between the programs Wilson noticed.
"My assistant coach and I have to maintain a baseball field," Wilson said. "I think I counted 12 maintenance guys on Florida State's field. I've pretty much got to make all the calls as far as the weather, putting the tarp on and playing the game, and I think Florida State had two or three operations guys making that call along with the coach."
LSU also has more personnel for those responsibilities than does Duquesne.
The Dukes also spend all of the preseason and much of the early season indoors when at home in Pittsburgh.
"We practice in the gym," Wilson said. "A reporter from Florida State called me before we played down there and asked how many times we'd been out on the field scrimmaging. I said, 'What are you talking about? We haven't even been outside.' We couldn't even think about getting on the baseball field.
"

LSU continues play against Duquesne at 2 pm today
