Louisiana Tech Beats Grambling and LSU Plays Tulane Tonight in Throwback Baseball Uniforms

LSU plays Tulane tonight in Throwback Uniforms

Louisiana Tech Beat Grambling last night 10 to 4. The Monroe News Star World has the story at Tech baseball overcomes high winds to lay Grambling low. I caught caught up reading the Supreme Ct case yesterday so could not do my Louisiana Tech Roundup. So he is a good article that was in yesterdays papaer that has some quotes from the Tech Coach about hwere he thinks they are at right now as a team. Go see Tech, Grambling renew three-mile rivalry in baseball.

Another article on last nights game is here at Tech Ends Homestand with 10-4 Win over Grambling. The Bulldogs did not have time to relax and enjoy their victory. Shortly after their win last night they got on a bus and went tDallas to catch a early morning flight to Nevada where they open up WAC conference play in a 4 game series. The first game starts tomorrow night and we available on the radio or via the net ESPN 97.7 FM or by logging on to www.espn977.com . Thursday night's game will start at 8 pm central time.

On to LSU that has a game tonight against Tulane at 6:30 pm. I would think this is agame that could be heard statewide on the LSU sports network. Needless to say the Tigers really really need to win this one.

We have old nostalgic unifroms tonight!!! Hmmm I am not so sure that worked so well when the LSU football team played Tulane last year. Anyway go see the Advocate's Tigers to don throwbacks. I must say those Unis are SWEET!!!!!!. The Advocate Baseball blog is something to watch tonight . In fact on the blog 9:30 p.m. -- Full report is a good read and Lineup changes, and more has some of the line up for tonights game. The Shreveport Times and thus all the Gannett Louisiana papers have Rivalry or not, LSU coach says Tigers simply need a victory

WBRZ News has this vid Tiger baseball fighting losing streak.

The New Orleans Picayune has TU looks to keep LSU reeling.
