Bishop of Baton Rouge Offers Sainthood Plan to LSU's Stud Zach Lee (Press Release)
Usually one has to wait till you are dead for this happen but these are crucial times
From the Press release by the Dicocese of Baton Rouge
First Step: If Zach Lee refuses to sign with the Los Angeles Dodgers, I propose that the Vatican grant him a "Nihil Obstat," a Latin phrase that means "nothing hinders." Upon such a proclamation, Zach Lee may be called a "Servant of God."
Second Step: Zach Lee must prove that he has heroic virtues. He can demonstrate his virtues by being the starting LSU quarterback for a season. When approved, he will earn the title of "Venerable."
Third Step: LSU must experience one miracle through Zach Lee’s intercession. When LSU has received the miracle, he can be beatified by the Vatican and recognized as a "Blessed."
Fourth Step: To proceed further, Zach Lee must be responsible for a second miracle after beatification. Once this second miracle has been received through the Zach Lee's intercession, he will be a candidate for Canonization. At that time, he may be drafted by New Orleans and be declared a "Saint."
