I see that the latest edition (Feb 25) of the Diocese of Baton Rouge Catholic newspaper is up. It can be downloaded in PDF form here. There is a nice story here at One woman making a difference for life which is located on page 11.
Perhaps The Everyday Catholic Podcast can do a interview with her in the future
On a lighter note on page 9 St. Jean Vianney Principal Wendy Gilmor is seen kissing a alligator (with a priest in the background no doubt to give the last rites if something went wrong and she got chomped in front of the students).
