There Was An Important First Amendment Case Argued Yesterday

I can recall when McCain/Feingold was voted on and passed. Many people said don't worry it will be all struck down. That stance shows the danger of predicting what the Supreme Court will do. Lesson if you think something is Unconstitutional then under your oath don't vote for it!!

Still the Court is getting more hesitant about it. Yesterday a huge case was argued that touches on it and core issues of the 1st amendment.
