One Complaint about Olympic Coverage- Flag Ceremonies On TV

I love seeing United Olympic folks and the looks on their faces as the National Anthem is played. We are seeing a lot of that!! I like that. However has it struck anyone else that the Flag Raising Ceremony that used to be a big visual we see just a a few seconds of at the very beginning? We used to have split screens showing the flag and the Athletes which was always a touching experience?. Seeing the American Flag , even when did not win GOLD, is always a special experience for me. Has anyone noticed that we the TV folks seem to be going out of their way not to show the flag raising. I have viewed a few foreign feeds and when their country wins its is QUITE QUITE Different.

Update- I actually have two issues. Why can't NBC just show some these events live or if not report on them as soon as they can. THe fact that they did not play the 100 meter , Mens Track event until 12 hours after it happened was insane. Note to NBC - There is a thing called the internet where we could find it (though it was being wacked nonstop on Youtube) where we knew what what happened and scould see it!!
