Also folks should be considering the type of Judges that both McCain and Obama would pick and their temperament and possible viewpoints toward so called "Right to die" issues. As we have seen repeatedly the right to die becomes the pressure to die and is indeed a frightening view toward the future with the baby boomers aging. Will Euthanasia become a Const Right under the so called fundamental right to privacy.
